Tier 2 Growth Playbook ($149)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Tier 2 Growth Playbook. If you are not satisfied, email legal@srtech.iowithin 30 days of your purchase with your order details, and we will refund the full $149 to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Riley DFY ($499/month)
Riley DFY is a monthly subscription. All sales are final. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access through that period. We do not issue refunds, credits, or pro-rates for partial months, prior billing cycles, downtime, or unused features.
How to request a Tier 2 refund
Refunds are available only for Tier 2 Growth Playbook purchases within 30 days. Email legal@srtech.io with:
- Your order ID or registered email
- The reason for the request (helps us improve)
We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
